Look for 2024 Early Vote by Mail postcard applications in your mailbox in the next few days. These are being sent out by the Secretary of the Commonwealth to all registered voters.
Applications will be party-specific and unenrolled voters will have the opportunity to choose a Democratic, Republican or Libertarian ballot. See the examples below for those that are enrolled in a Party and those that are Unenrolled (sometimes referred to as Independents).
