As of today (June 16, 2025) the Police Dept. staff are moving into the building. All are excited and grateful to be in their new home. The FD will be performing their move in more slowly and expect to do so in July. Last remaining punch list items are currently being performed and are near complete. We are currently fully engaged in the close-out process and look forward to bringing this project to its full completion. The town will soon announce when the ribbon cutting event will occur. 

LiRo-Hill is grateful to have been a part of such an important facility and will remain available to the town.

The installation of metal panel façade is ongoing. The interior finishes are fully underway, such as epoxy flooring, tiling, carpeting, LVT, millwork...

The installation of metal panel façade is ongoing. The interior finishes are fully underway, such as epoxy flooring, tiling, carpeting, LVT, millwork, countertops, doors, ceiling grid/tile, and interior windows. All the stone site walls onsite have been completed. Permanent power is now active in the building while the Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical are scope nearly complete. Commissioning of all MEP systems will soon begin. The elevator has recently been installed and will soon be operational.
