The installation of metal panel façade is ongoing. The interior finishes are fully underway, such as epoxy flooring, tiling, carpeting, LVT, millwork, countertops, doors, ceiling grid/tile, and interior windows. All the stone site walls onsite have been completed. Permanent power is now active in the building while the Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical are scope nearly complete. Commissioning of all MEP systems will soon begin. The elevator has recently been installed and will soon be operational.
