Purchased by the Affordable Housing Trust in 2019 with Community Preservation Funds (CPC/Opportunity Funds), this condominium duplex has been extensively renovated. 

Renovations to this property include:  Connection to Town Sewer, new roof, new front porches, new rear decks with privacy screens, new heating boilers and hot water heaters, new appliances, paint and carpets.

These two condo units will be sold to two income eligible families who's eligibility will be determined with a lottery to be held in the Fall of 2022**.

Purchased by the Affordable Housing Trust in 2020 with Community Preservation Funds (CPC/Opportunity Funds), HAHT staff and consultants are preparing documents to go out for an invitation for bid to renovate the exterior and interior of this 3-bedroom home.  

Renovations will include a new gas heating system, new roof, new kitchen, new doors, floors and updated bathrooms.

A lottery for this single-family home is projected to be held in the Spring of 2023**.

This condominium unit is located off of French Street and was purchased by the Trust in 2021 with Community Preservation Funds (CPC/Opportunity Funds).

The unit has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large open area dining/kitchen/ family room, and a two car garage.

HAHT Staff are preparing an invitation for bid to renovate the interior of the unit.  Renovations will include a new bathroom and loft space on the second floor, new kitchen and appliances, hot water heater and interior paint throughout.

A lottery for this condominium unit is projected to be held in the Spring of 2023**.

The Trust acquired this parcel in 2014 by vote of the Select Board and Annual Town Meeting.  In 2017, the Trust issued a Request for Proposals; South Shore Humanity submitted a successful response.

In 2021 Habitat for Humanity received a Comprehensive Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals to construct two single-family homes on the parcel.  

In 2022, building permits were issued for 2 colonial style, 3- bedroom, 1.5 bath homes.  Site work has commenced.
